      Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager.


      Your Responsibilities:

      • Identifying and helping manage customer expectations
      • Working with customers for new implementations of both printing and technology
      • Managing and marshalling various Taylor companies to meet customer needs
      • Coordinate and track day-to-day project activities and deliverables
      • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and documentation
      • Facilitate team communication, scheduling, and meeting logistics
      • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports
      • Support risk and issue tracking, ensuring timely resolution
      • Maintain project documentation and manage updates in project tools
      • Liaise with technical teams to ensure task alignment and resource coordination

      You Must Have:

      • Bachelor's degree in a related area OR 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
      • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
      • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
      • Excellent soft skills: communication, organization, time management
