      Position: Customer Sales Representative

      Location: 19500 South Dixie Highway Cutler Bay, FL 33157

      Terms: Full-time, Monday-Sunday 8am-10pm

      Pay: $17/hr plus unlimited weekly bonus potential based on sales performance

      Job Summary

      As part of our team, you'll engage with potential customers, turn sales calls into opportunities, and promote products based on customer needs.

      Responsibilities

      • Engage with potential customers, transforming every call into a meaningful sales opportunity.
      • Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service by tailoring solutions to each customer's unique needs.
      • Promote and sell products by clearly highlighting their features and benefits, driving customer excitement.

      Qualifications

      Qualifications
      • High school diploma or GED
      • 1-2 years previous sales or phone sales experience.
      • Strong communication and listening skills
      • Ability to stay composed and objective.
      • Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
      • Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for helping others
      • Skilled at building rapport and persuading customers without being aggressive.
      Work Environment
      • Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment.
      • Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
