Job Description

- Engage with potential customers, transforming every call into a meaningful sales opportunity.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service by tailoring solutions to each customer's unique needs.
- Promote and sell products by clearly highlighting their features and benefits, driving customer excitement.
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years previous sales or phone sales experience.
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to stay composed and objective.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for helping others
- Skilled at building rapport and persuading customers without being aggressive.
- Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment.
- Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
- Constant sedentary work

Position: Customer Sales Representative
Location: 19500 South Dixie Highway Cutler Bay, FL 33157
Terms: Full-time, Monday-Sunday 8am-10pm
Pay: $17/hr plus unlimited weekly bonus potential based on sales performance
