- Support and execution of ATM Framework annual conversions
- Responsible for oversight of ATM fleet performance and servicing adherence
- Project management responsibilities across various partners
- Liaison to field/operations support for conversions and servicing needs
- Escalation point for troubleshooting during atm conversions
- Digital cashbox readiness and adoption support
- Cash equipment modernization and ongoing decisioning
- Support and field readiness for ATM installs whether refreshes, adds or replacements
- 5+ years in Financial Center Operations including cash management and ATM servicing
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools, Excel, PowerPoint
- Self-Starter able to work independently, with minimal oversight and guidance
- Comfortable interacting with senior level leaders
- Proficient facilitation skills, able to lead and influence cross functional teams
- Avid learner comfortable navigating new situations with high degrees of complexity
- Must be able to work efficiently in a high pressure, fast changing environment
- Strong organization, written and verbal communication and facilitation skills among executive presences
- Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented on business process concepts
- Ability to effectively support multiple high priority activities concurrently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of Risk Framework
- Strong leadership abilities, communication and delegation skills
- Expert level with Microsoft suite especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Working knowledge of Risk Framework
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, WebEx and OneNote

Job Description:
Accountable for design, analysis, execution and/or ongoing sustainment support for a program initiative within the enterprise strategy and performance goals for one of the Customer Segments (i.e. Retail, Preferred & Small Business). Provides support to senior team leader and partners with product(s) and channel(s) teams to drive execution and integrate delivery to ensure the customer view is at the forefront of decisions in the achievement of goals.
