      Job Description:

      This role will be responsible for driving design and management for strategic initiatives that impact the Financial Center. This role will own the development, coordination, and implementation of projects, including project plans, design deliverables, governance requirements and communications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Role requires strong communications skills and partnership with business partners, subject matter experts and stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver high quality project results.

      The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of strategic thinking, tactical planning and project management skills along with the ability to complete analysis and prioritize multiple projects without direct management. The role requires the ability to develop strong partnerships and coordination with business partners in Retail, Preferred, Small Business, Mortgage and other lines of business as well as LRC, Technology, HR and Finance.

      Responsibilities:

      • Lead project management routines with work team including line of business, support, and technology partners to ensure effective and timely execution.
      • Develop initiative materials, including leadership presentations, process and procedure documents, detailed timelines and implementation plans, readiness materials and technology requirements.
      • Execute data analysis to derive relevant findings and utilize to develop and support solutions and process improvements.
      • Coordinate stakeholder, leadership, and governance reviews.
      • Drive initiative implementation and communications working with partners and front-line leaders.
      • Develop and manage project plans, agenda planning and program timelines to ensure deadlines are met and projects remain on track.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 3+ years of program management or related experience
      • Business acumen (Financial Center Sales and Operations) with proven ability to leverage expertise with credibility and impact
      • Leadership skills and proven experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders
      • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization
      • Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to influence partners and drive consensus
      • Excellent project management and process design skills
      • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Office suite
      • Comfortable presenting to and interacting with leadership
      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environments
      • Ability to lead others

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
      • Understanding, knowledge in Financial Center practices, processes and controls
      • Excellent writing skills

      Skills:

      • Builds strategic relationships with key business partners to ensure financial center business initiatives are met.
      • Strong business, operational, and procedural knowledge of a financial center.
      • Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints.
      • Ability to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously & work independently.
      • Organized and professional with an ability to work with business partners to meet deadlines.
      • Deep understanding and working knowledge of CAST, UCRA, and other change management related tools

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $72,100.00 - $114,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
