      Job Description :

      This role will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that impact the Consumer Investments, Employee Banking & Investments, Employee Financial Services, and Preferred lines of business. Initiatives span strategic direction, digital and platform capabilities, client experience, associate experience, and process design. This role is with the Employee Financial Services team be responsible for understanding the Client experience (Employees, Retirees and Alumni) and delivering insights to drive strategic plans to deliver on the goal of making Bank of America being a great place to work, bank and invest. This role collaborates with partners in developing and executing surveys to inform employee client care strategies. The role will lead and manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time, including program design, analysis, deliverables, communications, and deployment.

      The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of strategic thinking, tactical planning, and project management skills along with the ability to lead and influence project teams without direct management. The role requires the ability to develop strong partnerships and coordination with business partners in Consumer, Consumer Investments and across lines of business, including Small Business, Consumer Lending and GWIM.

      Responsibilities :

      • Working with leadership to develop strategic direction and establish implementation plans to enhance client experience of employee clients
      • Collaborate across Enterprise on client experience journeys to ensure that the employee client point of view is considered and incorporated into client care strategies
      • Develop program structure, establish, and document processes, build, and deliver program materials and communications, and drive technology requirements
      • Drive partner relationships with Financial Center, contact center and digital leadership to understand employee client impacts from these channels, share offers information to increase employee client awareness within these channels
      • Strong analytical skills to drive key insights along with the ability to analyze data for employee surveys, focus group connects and designated specialist satisfaction
      • Partner with EFS Client Segmentation team and internal teams to leverage research to affirm employee client needs and identify opportunities to close gaps in unmet needs
      • Handle employee client(s) escalations and provide oversight of employee/retiree indicators to ensure employee benefits are delivered as planned
      • Drive in partnership with LME an engagement strategy to deepen with retirees as clients
      • Conduct risk assessments and identify mitigations, coordinate, and execute governance stakeholder reviews and approvals
      • Establish project management and execution routines and drive decision making with cross-functional team of partners, stakeholders, and leaders
      • Represent the line of business in discussions with leaders and support partners
      • Evaluate program performance, proactively identify opportunities for enhancement, and design and implement solutions

      Required Qualifications :

      • Strong experience in developing and or implementing client care strategies, or conducting research to gather consumer insights
      • Solid program management experience with strong adherence to goals and timelines
      • Business acumen with proven ability to leverage expertise with credibility and impact
      • Strong working knowledge of Consumer products, programs, and processes
      • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to influence partners and drive consensus
      • Excellent organization and project management skills
      • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Office suite
      • Comfortable presenting to and interacting with leadership
      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

      Desired Qualifications :

      • Familiar with Consumer products, programs, and services
      • Strong record of driving responsible growth and business outcomes

      Minimum Education Requirement:

      Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in related field or equivalent work experience

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $102,800.00 - $159,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
