Job Description

- Hourly rate between £10.18 - £10.92 (shift dependent)
- Full time permanent position – Contracted to 40 hours paid production,
- Dayshift hours - Fully flex between 7am-10pm Monday - Friday & 7am - 12.15pm Saturday (working 2 Saturdays in every 4 with a day off during the week).
- Dayshift hybrid model – combination of days on site based in Newcastle & from the comfort of your own home!
- Nightshift hours - Fully flex between 10pm - 7am Monday - Sunday.
- Nightshift - permanent work at home!
- 28 days paid holidays.

- A minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
- A great attitude and an ability to talk to people at all levels.
- A technical mindset – you will need to know how to use a computer and navigate different systems.
- A quiet place to work at home with a good broadband connection minimum 10 mbps.
