      Do you want to kick start or grow your Customer Service career and join a great team initially based in our vibrant purpose-built office at Arlington Business Centre, Leeds?

      You will be based within a stones throw of shops, eateries, even a creche! Excellent transport link including on site parking (occasionally this is limited) and a shuttle bus from Leeds City Centre! Once you are hitting the required level of competencies, we then offer the opportunity to combine the vibrant office with the comfort of your own home. Of course, all the equipment is on us!

      • No evening work! The business operates 7 days between 8am and 8pm but your shift will consist of 9am - 530pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Saturdays, 10am - 6pm on Fridays. Thursdays & Sundays will be your days off. Training will be Monday - Friday. Cushty, right?

      What will you be doing?

      • Supporting customers of a Leading UK retail bank, with their everyday banking needs, over the phone
      • Taking ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring that every customer feels valued
      • Providing a first-class service, positive experience for both customer and client.
      • Ultimately making a real positive difference to real lives!

      What we’re looking for:

      • Someone who takes ownership of customer issues, solves problems with a focus on helping people
      • Confident and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
      • A good listener, who can be empathetic, show patience and adapt their behaviours to suit different callers
      • An understanding or ability to learn about the different processes within a contact centre environment
      • Excellent verbal and written

      What will happen next:
