What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming borrower interactions through various channels
- Interact with customers on their accounts via inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
- Address customer questions and resolve issues across multiple platforms
- Update customer account information accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles desired
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and retain knowledge of the student loan industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in retail or other customer-facing positions
- Knowledge of MS Office and business math
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
