      What you'll be doing:

      • Varied role - you will be working across email as well as telephony, and you will have a chance to work across all 3 of the major brands we cover, Lotus, Morgan & Travelworld (motor homes).

      • providing quotes on finance products to potential finance customers, requesting additional proofs/documentation from customers to support their lend

      • liaising with client support areas to help progress finance applications and the release of fund, liaising with manufacturers to ensure finance customers have all the information they need.

      • Full training providing to ensure you are both confident and competent

      • deal with complex finance issue independently but reaching out to colleagues and management when any support is required. Someone who takes an interest in learning a subject to it’s entirety allowing them to become an expert in that area.
      • Building rapport, empathising, and having meaningful conversations with our customers to deliver excellent customer service
      • Embracing learning, coaching and development to continuously improve your skills and capability
      • Sharing ideas to improve the customer service experience
      • Making a real difference to people’s lives
      • Dealing with some of our more vulnerable customers and their complex needs

      What we're looking for:

      • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and asking questions on to gain a full understanding of our customers circumstances
      • great verbal communication with a confident and outgoing personality.

      • strong stakeholder management.
