What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field customer inquiries and provide a positive customer experience
- Resolve complaints and issues to customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and communication with customers and colleagues
- Navigate between multiple systems to assist customers effectively
- Maintain a high standard of courtesy and cooperation with coworkers and customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in business, life science, or related field
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and typing
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life science, or related field
- Previous experience in customer service or related field
- Previous experience with SAP or Salesforce
