What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service regarding shipment/delivery, returns, credit, order status, corrections, and other customer concerns
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and email
- Update customer order status using internal software and database
- Address bids routed from sales
- Follow up on and track customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Prior 6 months to 1 year of customer service or internal care related experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office applications
- Ability to communicate with customers and create a positive image of the company

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry knowledge is desirable
- Familiarity with service level limitations & addressing the range of care requests requiring manual efforts
- Mastery of efficient completion of care services that can be provided without manual effort
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and phone skills
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office applications
