      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, written communication, or in-person
      - Initiate or process adjustments and perform research to resolve inquiries, coordinating with other departments as needed
      - Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and feedback, making recommendations for management
      - Assist in process improvements by identifying changes in procedures during daily operations
      - Report suspected fraudulent activities and system errors to the appropriate departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Basic computer operating skills and ability to work with standard office equipment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong human relations and organizational skills, with the ability to handle high-stress situations
      - Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate’s Degree
      - 2 years of customer service or call center experience
      - Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
