What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders
- Process and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and claims efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to appropriate departments for further assistance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes and procedures
