      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond accurately and courteously to customer inquiries via telephone, written communication, web, or walk-ins
      - Initiate adjustments and conduct research to resolve inquiries, coordinating with other departments as necessary
      - Provide feedback to management on customer issues and maintain accurate records of complaints
      - Maintain knowledge of quality work instructions and company policies, recommending process improvements
      - Identify and report suspected fraudulent activities and system errors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong human relations and organizational skills
      - Ability to handle high-stress situations
      - Good judgment skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree
      - 2 years of customer service or call center experience
      - Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
