What is Required (Qualifications):

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of claims processing systems
- Customer service certification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
