Training/Education:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills
- Ability to type 50 wpm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- General knowledge of U.S. geography
- Demonstrated core customer-service skills
Scheduling Requirements:
- Available to work 40 hours per week during specified shifts
- Must work at least one weekend day per week
- Working holidays are required
Technical Requirements for Working from Home:
- Windows 10 or 11 operating system
- 8GB of RAM/memory or higher
- Processor with CPU benchmark score of 2,000 or higher
- Webcam and USB headset
- Internet speeds of ping under 100, 10mb download, and 5mb upload
