What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service while crafting personalized solutions
- Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to offer tailored customer assistance
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to support positive interactions
- Navigate multiple software applications and systems efficiently to resolve customer inquiries
- Complete a job-related assessment as part of the hiring process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to commit to and work 40 hours per week between 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Arizona time on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
- Availability to work on holidays is required to support customers year-round
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in written communication with attention to spelling and grammar
- Ability to display empathy and maintain composure in challenging customer situations
- Completion of a job-related assessment is required for consideration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role or related field
- Familiarity with navigating software applications and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
