      Our Opportunity

      North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Customer Service Analyst - II to join our team. The ideal candidate will represent NAL as the direct contact to external customers for the processing of orders from receipt of the order through delivery, and provide support to all NAL departments, especially manufacturing, in understanding the external customer’s expectations for delivery quantity and timing.

      Essential Duties & Responsibilities

      Your Priorities

      • Receives, processes, and analyzes customer orders via manual entry and electronic data interchange, which includes monitoring the iConnect portal as well as interpreting and requeuing data, as required.
      • Receives and responds to customer questions, concerns, and issues with courtesy and professionalism.
      • Monitors the customer order pulls in Plex, and adjusts the “system parameters” to support needed manufacturing timing at NAL, including customer transit times and logistics notifications.
      • Maintains accurate records of customer correspondence.
      • Receives, verifies, and communicates the accuracy of customer delivery performance ratings.
      • Acts as a support person between the customer and various NAL departments, especially manufacturing.

      Requirements

      Your Background

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline, plus up to 2 years of Customer Service and/or other related job experience OR
      • Associates Degree in Business or a related discipline, plus 2-4 years of Customer Service and/or other related job experience OR
      • High School Diploma or GED, plus 4-6 years of Customer Service and/or other related job experience.

      Salary Range: $55,000- $65,000
