      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team focused on customer service and administrative duties
      - Train and support administrative staff to enhance performance and productivity
      - Analyze and resolve problems collaboratively with customers and colleagues
      - Promote safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results
      - Travel to District Branch Offices to provide face-to-face support and training to CS&A Coordinators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Over 5 years of progressive office experience
      - At least 3 years of office management experience
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other technological tools
      - Strong commitment to promoting a safety culture within the team

      - Familiarity with administrative processes and best practices
