- Support monthly demand planning process for Hill’s CEEME. Ensure replenishment forecasts are submitted per divisional timeline and accurately entered into SAP APO Demand Planning Module. Ensure root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement of Demand Planning results.
- Develop and improve the collaborative demand planning process via CBP in order to increase Demand Planning Accuracy, improve service, and reduce obsolescence
- Support Marketing planning of new product launches and promotions. Review and challenge volumes and timing as appropriate
- Support and cooperate closely with CBS team (Supply Network Planning, order to invoice and logistics management processes, claims/escalations)
- Collaborate with selected customers to support joint demand planning using available customer data
- Communicate any Supply chain issues or constraints which will impact customer plans
- Seek opportunities for portfolio optimization by managing SKUs and driving rationalization/harmonization initiatives. Ensure timely maintenance of SKU portfolio
- Adopt an ‘end-to-end’ view of supply chain inventory levels to enrich demand planning performance, remove waste and reduce Out of Stocks
- Maintenance of Master Data and secure interface to 3rd party Service provider
- Continuously improve and ensure observance of internal controls and approval procedures
- Support in internal accounting related projects
- CS&L manager is part of regional and global supply chain organization, which fosters best practices and exchanges, provides functional training material, drives and implements new digital tools.
- CS&L manager actively participates with his/her team to communities of practices and global initiatives, and is responsible for local roll out

We are hiring for a Customer Service and Logistics Manager for Hill’s in our Central Europe East and Middle East (CEEME) region.
Have you led Customer Service and Logistics teams for a few years and you have a Proven track of successful commercial and people management skills?

Job Purpose and Principal Duties and Responsibilities
This role is critical to create strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and assure the highest service level and partnership to strong and healthy business growth opportunities.
You will work with 24 markets across 3 continents, distributor partners, direct clients. And have subsidiary responsibility for providing collaborative end to end solutions that leverage joint capabilities and expertise in support of Hill’s business development and Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) strategies. You will facilitate the Business Planning process and is the critical link to Demand Planning to ensure alignment. You will generate growth and profitability opportunities for both customers and Hill’s by collaborating with local/divisional management and partners to reduce cost to serve, reduce working capital, improve customer service levels, and implement process innovation.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent service to the customers, and overseeing and driving efficiencies in the order to cash process.
As Customer Service & Logistic manager you will contribute to the ongoing development of best practices across the Supply Chain/Customer Service & Logistics team and commercial organizations, and ensure that collaborative initiatives are agreed, developed and executed with excellence.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth supply of product, across all CEEME countries.
You will lead CS&L CEEME team and work in close cooperation with all relevant parties to deliver excellent Service levels to our customers.
As a Customer Service & Logistics Manager, you will be a key member of Hill’s CEEME subsidiary leadership teams. Reporting to the CEEME General Manager, and be based in Prague
