Responsibilities

• Improve customer service experience, create customer loyalty
• Follow up on any customer issues
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
• Grow sales with new & existing clients

  Experience:

  • Experience in customer service support as a Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Ability to think strategically and to problem solve independently
  • Strong Communication Skills
