      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front-line customer support via live chat, email, phone, and remote screen sharing
      - Assist customers with how-to questions related to Daylite and Billings Pro software
      - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide billing support, including inquiries about invoices and payments
      - Log and track customer issues with detailed documentation
      - Identify patterns in customer inquiries and escalate technical trends to Quality Assurance and Engineering teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong technical mindset with a passion for helping customers
      - Deep familiarity with macOS and iOS ecosystems
      - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathize and respond to customer frustrations
      - Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
      - Understanding of small business operations and the challenges they face

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Marketcircle products such as Daylite and Billings Pro
      - Familiarity with support tools like HelpScout and TeamViewer
      - Knowledge of technical tools such as PSQL/SQLite and Graylog
      - Previous customer service experience in a technical support role
      - Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
