      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner through phone, web, email, or social media
      - Problem-solve and conduct research to provide the best solutions to customer inquiries by collaborating with various departments
      - Contact customers to address delivery issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
      - Monitor requested work, prepare customized correspondence, and make outbound calls as needed
      - Advocate for customers and escalate issues when necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences
      - Strong phone presence and listening skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
      - Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while also being a team player
      - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to change and growth
      - Ability to quickly learn new software, systems, processes, and products
      - Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent interpersonal skills and product technical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing support role (or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree)
      - Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
      - CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems experience
