- Connect with customers online and over the phone to provide personalized assistance
- Triage incoming calls to the appropriate department for customer support
- Process payments and update information in CarMax systems
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies/laws
- Work as part of a team to meet and exceed goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Previous customer service experience in a related field
