What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and distributors
- Process orders, product returns, complaints, billing inquiries, and invoices with attention to detail
- Assist customers in a call center environment with moderate call volume
- Maintain accurate account records and ensure on-time customer delivery
- Understand and comply with state and federal regulatory guidelines related to human tissue distribution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or call center experience
- Proficiency in phone systems and Microsoft Suite, including Intermediate Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and data entry
