      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of one year of customer service experience required
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a contact center environment
      - Previous customer service experience within a banking or financial institution
      - Sales experience is a plus
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and holidays
