What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound calls daily to assist customers
- Provide information on payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage inquiries
- Discuss customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR services
- Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payments
- Collaborate with teammates to enhance customer service experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience
- Must reside within 60 miles from the office location
- Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training
- Availability to work during operational hours: Monday - Thursday 7 am – 8 pm, Friday 7 am - 7 pm, and Saturday 8 am - 12 pm
