      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain the Parking Office while providing excellent customer service
      - Provide accurate information regarding parking on the employer's campus
      - Assist customers with all aspects of parking services
      - Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while addressing inquiries
      - Educate oneself in all fields of the Parking Department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or formal education equivalent
      - Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
      - Ability to pass pre-employment screening including criminal background checks and substance abuse testing
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role within a healthcare or university environment
      - Familiarity with parking management systems
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Knowledge of the employer's campus and services offered
