      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build rapport with customers, ask probing questions, and create a best-in-class experience while resolving requests on the first contact
      - Educate customers about their annuity contracts and services
      - Independently handle problems while seeking guidance in complex situations
      - Manage time effectively to meet department service level expectations
      - Utilize multiple systems and tools to achieve established goals, including customer experience and call handling metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ year of customer service experience or an undergraduate degree in lieu of experience
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Ability to work any 8-hour shift within operational hours, from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday
      - Wired high-speed internet connection required (no Wi-Fi)
      - Strong communication skills and a passion for learning

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of customer service experience
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
      - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
      - Experience with insurance or annuity servicing financial products, hospitality, or retail sales with a high degree of direct consumer contact
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment while multitasking effectively
