What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with insureds and agents regarding policyholder report completion and premiums
- Research and identify problems raised by insureds or agents
- Document insureds concerns and actions taken by the department
- Analyze incoming calls/emails to determine audit correctness
- Maintain working knowledge of insurance regulations and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- One year work experience in a customer service role
- Exposure to call center or insurance/premium audit work is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Good Microsoft Office skills
