      We're seeking skilled individuals to join our RACV (Sale) contact centre as committed Customer Service Consultants. In this role, which involves taking inbound calls, you'll focus on delivering personalized and valuable experiences to members and customers, consistently upholding our brand promise in every interaction.

      What will you be doing:

      This is a permanent part-time position offering 25 hours per week commencing on Monday, 18th March 2024.

      With a dynamic part-time opportunity and after completing our fully paid and supported training program and to further promote work-life balance, we offer a fixed roster of Monday to Friday from 9:30am- 2:30pm which aligns with RACV’s commitment to scheduling transparency that can help you plan and seamlessly integrate work with your personal responsibilities.

      As a dedicated Memberline Consultant, you will play a critical role in maintaining strong lifetime relationships with members and customers within a fast-paced call centre environment as you will be the first point of contact and will be having personalised and meaningful conversations to identify needs and offer the best solutions to deliver on our brand promise. Being multi-skilled, you will also be able to provide information to new and existing members about all RACV's products and services plus, much more!

      The successful candidate should possess:

      • Demonstrated experience in a phone-based/customer service role - essential.
      • Prior exposure to a target/KPI oriented setting

      • Genuine dedication to providing high-quality service.
      • A problem-solving approach with excellent listening and questioning skills.
      • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
