      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to determine their needs for vehicle purchases
      - Utilize knowledge of the inventory to guide customers toward suitable vehicle options
      - Assist customers throughout the entire car buying process, from online sales to scheduling vehicle delivery
      - Ensure a smooth transition from online interactions to in-store purchases to enhance customer experience
      - Mentor and guide newer team members as you develop your skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales atmosphere
      - Strong listening skills and a dedicated customer focus
      - High level of self-motivation to meet performance goals
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with new technologies and strong computer skills
      - Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
      - Willingness to adjust schedules twice a year based on business needs
      - Living within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
