      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to assess their needs for car purchases
      - Utilize knowledge of the employer's inventory to assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles
      - Guide customers through the entire buying process, from online inquiries to in-store transactions
      - Ensure a smooth transition between online and in-store experiences to enhance customer satisfaction
      - Mentor new team members as skills and experience develop

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales atmosphere
      - Strong listening skills and a customer-centric approach
      - High level of self-motivation to achieve sales performance goals
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-energy sales environment
      - Familiarity with new technologies and strong computer skills
      - Open availability for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
      - Willingness to adapt to schedule changes as needed by the business
      - Proximity to the Customer Experience Center, living within 60 miles or 1 hour of the location
