What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect prospective students to admissions offices through warm phone transfers, aiming for one transfer per hour
- Meet or exceed established phone and conversion goals for each session/semester
- Capture and accurately document lead/marketing data across multiple systems
- Utilize persuasion and relationship-building skills to guide potential students through the enrollment process
- Manage time effectively to provide a world-class experience for students and inbound callers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of previous call center/sales experience
- Previous experience working in a remote/hybrid role
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during specified evening hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook
- Strong telephone skills with a high degree of issue resolution over the phone

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of call center and sales experience
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Previous experience working in a remote role
