      Join our team as a day shift , full-time , Pulmonary Clinic Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) in Albuquerque, NM .

      Get to Know Your Team:

      • Lovelace Medical Group is a multi-specialty provider group which includes clinics, doctors, and advanced practice providers in a broad range of specialties and primary care.

      Responsibilities

      • Provides direct customer service and front desk assistance for assigned departments including but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling, and verifying insurance.
      • Handles customer account transactions, provides customer assistance, and performs and/or oversees cashiering operations.
      • Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

      Qualifications

      Job Requirements:

      • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
      • Medical Terminology
      • Knowledge of insurance plans
      • One (1) year of previously related experience

      Preferred Job Requirements:

      • Associate’s Degree in a related field of study
      • Heart Saver Certification
      • Previous medical office experience.
