- Lovelace Medical Group is a multi-specialty provider group which includes clinics, doctors, and advanced practice providers in a broad range of specialties and primary care.
- Provides direct customer service and front desk assistance for assigned departments including but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling, and verifying insurance.
- Handles customer account transactions, provides customer assistance, and performs and/or oversees cashiering operations.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Medical Terminology
- Knowledge of insurance plans
- One (1) year of previously related experience
- Associate’s Degree in a related field of study
- Heart Saver Certification
- Previous medical office experience.
