- Comprehensive understanding of product line offered by Fiber Glass Systems
- Basic understanding of project management and scopes
- Strong ability to read and match purchase orders, quotes & order entry
- Diligent follow up with customers, internal & external
- Ability to follow and reinforce processes
- Assist customers with questions, reporting and escalation issues
- Audit compliance
- Report creation
- Adhere to company quality standards and corporate compliance guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-3 yeast customer service or operations/planning experience
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong time management and decision making
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed and able to prioritize independently
Fiber Glass Systems, a business under NOV is hiring! Responsible for communicating with customer, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. Required to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. Responsible for order placement, general sales information, product requirements, pricing and delivery coordination. Provide high levels of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, diligent follow up and resolution of customer inquiries or issues.
