What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet customers in person or on the phone, determining their needs and providing guidance and assistance
- Assist Collision Estimators by handling vehicle drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles
- Arrange customer transportation and prepare necessary paperwork
- Perform active customer deliveries while effectively communicating with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors
- Ensure adherence to all employer's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience; sales experience is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the employer's insurance policy
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
