What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the investigation process for engine failures, mishaps, and safety incidents
- Validate warranty claims and administer contract warranty provisions
- Issue work authorizations and service purchase orders
- Manage government property and customer-owned material for investigations and repair
- Determine warranty part repair or replacement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in an analytical, project management, or business support role in a manufacturing environment
- U.S. Citizen
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline
- Experience in aviation with general industry business knowledge
- SAP experience
