      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support internal customer service clients by answering drug-related questions and coordinating with other areas to resolve inquiries
      - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience relating to drug benefits and report issues to management and relevant teams
      - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on drug-related topics for customer service
      - Communicate formulary changes, recalls, and other drug-related updates to customer service
      - Review and provide feedback on utilization management programs and related communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of two years of experience working with drug inquiries, including knowledge of drug utilization management programs and claims adjudication
      - Effective communication skills for relationship building and guidance
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Basic mathematical skills to assist with dosage and quantity concerns
