      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
      - Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about changes affecting their services
      - Navigate multiple systems efficiently while communicating with customers
      - Provide empathetic support and solutions to customer concerns
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
      - Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency required for system navigation
      - Open availability between 7 am - 2 am EST, 7 days a week
      - Must reside in the state of Georgia

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare
      - Familiarity with healthcare insurance processes
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
      - Excellent verbal communication skills
      - Experience working in a remote environment
