      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan reviews, appointment scheduling, and finding primary care physicians
      - Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to communicate important changes to members
      - Utilize multiple systems simultaneously while interacting with customers to provide accurate information
      - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
      - Provide exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
      - Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency in using multiple systems during customer interactions
      - Open availability between 7 am - 2 am EST, 7 days a week
      - Must reside in the state of Kansas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or healthcare-related fields
      - Familiarity with VoIP technology and customer service software
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive customer situations
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
