What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with a variety of healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan changes and appointment scheduling
- Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to communicate important updates to members
- Provide detailed reviews and support for members navigating their healthcare needs
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to manage multiple systems during customer interactions
- Open availability to work between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
- Must reside in the state of Texas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role, particularly in the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with VoIP technology and virtual communication tools
- Previous success in managing high call volumes effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
