      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding member insurance plans and healthcare inquiries
      - Assist members with appointment scheduling and locating primary care physicians within their network
      - Conduct detailed reviews and change requests on member insurance plans
      - Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance member satisfaction
      - Utilize multiple systems simultaneously while communicating with customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
      - Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency for navigating multiple systems
      - Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
      - Must reside in the state of Virginia

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or healthcare-related fields
      - Familiarity with VoIP systems and digital communication tools
      - Skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution
      - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
