      What you will do: Learn about Caterpillar Customer Experience culture through the support of critical processes as Contract Modifications, terminations, buyouts, releases, and other customer requirements. Provide support to the development of continuous improvement projects in the Customer Service area and be able to present it to our regional team as part of our Best Practices Strategy.

      • Create a standard plan of customer visits, recognition and recovery and propose SMART goals.

      • Review and improve current process of Asset Release and buyouts to reduce execution and response time.

      • Create a standard process for Insurance follow up to ensure control of active assets protection against accidents or damage.

      • Present to supervisors and managers the findings and results of the projects. Execute the training to the teams in charge of the execution of the involved processes.

      • Be trained and learn through practice on main processes executed by customer service that impact the customer experience.

      Skills you have:

      • Demonstrated ability to apply effective oral, written, and listening communication skills with dealers, customers, company personnel, and the financial communities.

      • Attention to detail, excellent communication skills are all essential to this position.

      • Demonstrated ability to apply data collection and analysis skills.

      Basic Requirements:

      • Preferably students of Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting majors.

      • English Intermediate

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes. (Advanced Excel)
