What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure all operational work is completed correctly and timely using Transportation Management System (TMS) information and data analytics
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve customer outcomes
- Collaborate with internal departments to prioritize and serve customers appropriately
- Lead effective customer-facing meetings
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and execute day-to-day operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of related industry experience
- Currently a Danone Employee
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of customer-facing experience
- Knowledge of Transportation Management System applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
