Job Description

- Collate and distribute key monthly reports, taking the time to analyse and feedback trends and insights whilst monitoring KPI & SLA compliance
- Co-ordinating tasks, training and responsibilities within the team.
- Train, develop and coach a team of Press Specialists and Administrators
- Participate in face-to-face presentations with the customers, on a monthly and quarterly basis. reviewing fleet performance, areas of success and areas for improvement.
- Account Management ensuring clear and effective communication with the customers and wider DHL Inside Track business.
- Oversee all processes required to deliver the expected service and ensure processes and WI are maintained.
- Ensure the team is adequately resourced, managing time spent with customers, holidays and sickness.
- Weekly team, Inc Operational and Driven Moves teams meetings to highlight any key business messages, manage workloads and gain feedback.
- Establish a regime of regular engagement and feedback with the team and customers.
- Monitor monthly invoices, ensuring they are submitted to the customers on time and paid within 30 days
- Pre meetings with your line manager to run through the agenda of the monthly/quarterly reviews objectives, working on career plans and employee development.
- Strong communicator at various levels - ability to assess individual customer needs
- Strong Administration skills with the ability to prioritise
- Proven track record in a customer service environment
- IT literate and able to adopt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication both verbally and written.
- Drive best practices across the Inside Track business and beyond.
- Automotive press experience and knowledge - Desirable
