      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to clients
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries
      - Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
      - Educate customers about insurance options through a needs-based review
      - Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years prior experience working in a State Farm Insurance Agency
      - Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service consistently
      - People-oriented with a strong desire to assist customers in an efficient and friendly manner
      - Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on finding effective solutions
      - Proficiency with ECRM; experience with Policy Modernization is a plus
      - Colorado Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance Licenses are required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar customer service management role within the insurance industry
      - Strong sales acumen and a drive to meet performance targets
      - Familiarity with insurance policies and industry regulations
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
