      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain customer satisfaction and improve overall service issues
      - Lead the support team in creating logistics, support materials, and management
      - Provide helpdesk support and establish proper escalation paths
      - Navigate the SolarWinds Web Helpdesk for tracking service requests
      - Develop documentation for end user frequently asked questions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - 10 years of relevant experience as a Customer Service Engineer/Helpdesk Specialist
      - Proven experience as a customer service manager or help desk support manager
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills in a virtual team setting
      - Strong technical skills within Windows, with analytical and troubleshooting abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active VA Public Trust clearance
      - Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal organizations
      - Prior successful experience working in a remote environment
