Job Description

- To lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors, as a 21st Century Leader
- Building strong relationships across the team, suppliers, delivery locations and customers
- Carrying out basic HR tasks such as probation and performance reviews, 1:1's and back to work meetings
- Analysing and creating reports from data - reporting and presenting this to the Senior Team and Customer
- Accountable for the Customer Service KPI's - communicating the KPI's to the team and monitoring progress
- Strong customer service and customer management experience is essential
- Proven experience managing a team of direct reports
- A strong communicator with a strong character
- Analytical with a great attention to detail, ideally will have experience with reporting and presenting data
- Excellent IT Skills - proficient in Microsoft Office software, such as Teams, Outlook and Excel
Pay Rate: £34,000.00 to £37,000.00 (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts between 8am - 6pm (will include some weekend working)
